I absolutely love my 2022 Range Rover Sport; however, I have been experiencing issues with the bottom screen recently. Throughout this time, Ian has been nothing short of wonderful. His professionalism and genuine care for his clients have truly stood out. From providing me with a loaner vehicle immediately to keeping me updated during the several weeks of troubleshooting the problem, his dedication has been remarkable.
I'm also grateful that I had purchased the extended warranty, which has been incredibly helpful during this process.
Thank you for having such a fantastic team member like Ian. His efforts have made a significant difference, and I wanted to make sure his hard work did not go unnoticed.
