My car comes only with a repair kit and not a regualr spare and I'm going on a trip and wanted to buy a real spare tire. Also, I bought the Tire Protection Plan when I bought the car and forgot I had it. spare and I'm going on a trip and wanted to buy a real spare tire. Also, I bought the Tire Protection Plan when I bought the car and forgot I had it. I wanted to be reimbursed for 2 tires, one having been purchased 9 months ago. I spoke with Dan who was extraordinarily helpful on both issues - the reimbursement and helping me find a suitable spare on short notice before my vacation. I am used to calls like that being huge headaches so this was a wonderfu surprise and a great experience. More

Shawn took me in for an oil change and inspection sticker without the need for an appointment. Everyone was friendly and helpful, I was late for my scheduled service, but they fit me in. Unfortunately in the rush my tire pressures were not adjusted, but I can do that. It was good to learn that a scheduled service, but they fit me in. Unfortunately in the rush my tire pressures were not adjusted, but I can do that. It was good to learn that after a tire rotation, the sensors need at least 6 miles to re-associate and display on the console. More

Service department was great. I needed a part for my car that ended up being on back order that took several weeks to come in. The guys were great at keeping me updated on when the car would be done.
