Worst experience I have ever had buying a car. I purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade with 7000 miles from Waldorf Honda in Waldorf, Maryland on July 3, 2021. It is now September 21, 2021 and I have ye purchased a 2021 Hyundai Palisade with 7000 miles from Waldorf Honda in Waldorf, Maryland on July 3, 2021. It is now September 21, 2021 and I have yet to receive my hard tags, registration and copy of title. It has been 3 months. My paper tags are expiring in 9 days. I called the dealership today 9/21/2021 and spoke with financing and I was made to feel like a pest for calling and showing concern that my temporary tags are about to expire thus I will not be able to drive the vehicle that I purchased. I was told they are waiting for Hyundai to send them a lien release (what does that mean to me or have anything to do with me, that is their problem not mine). They showed no compassion what so ever. I called the Maryland MVA and I was directed by the Maryland MVA to call their Maryland MVA dealer complaint department on 9/22/2021 to file a complaint to which I will be doing first thing on 9/22/2021. I will then contact a lawyer to file suit and I will have no compassion in my pursuit for retribution. I called my financing back and was told that the dealer was not suppose to sell a vehicle if they do not already have the title and lien release already in house. No my bank has got involved because their interest in said vehicle is greater than mine. They paid the dealer in full as part of the financing agreement and no they also have no title to protect their interest. That dealership group has forever lost my business and I have bought many vehicles from their group. I suggest you do not buy anything pre-owned from this dealership group for they only want to cash your check More
