Sent in an inquiry on price and Brooks was on the phone within 15 minutes. The next day my husband and I arrived without appointment to find Brooks with a customer, but Dan quickly hooked us up with Chris who took excellent care of us. The entire process was a pleasant experience. We had not planned to do so but left with a new car. Chris took us for a demo ride and went over all the features in great detail (twice to make sure I got it!) as if he had all the time in the world. All said I was close to the price but we needed to take a test drive and discuss the price . . . . . . except Newton Nissan South. In fact, they actually beat my price. Brooks Lehman was available for all my questions cheerfully courteous and willing to make time for me even when he wasn't at work. Dan Goguin responded to my requests imedidately. Joel Marks made all the paperwork pleasant, if that is possible. Brooks Lehman sold me, Dan showed the dealership's willingness to work with me and, Joel signed it off with a great ability to get my needs put on paper. Brooks made it possible for my family to have the vehicle we were looking for at the price we needed! You all get an "atta boy!" but Brooks gets an "Oh Wow!". "Fantastic"!!! We started the process back in December 2014 and placed the purchase on hold due to other commitments. When I contacted the Dealership in July 2015 v We started the process back in December 2014 and placed the purchase on hold due to other commitments. When I contacted the Dealership in July 2015 via internet and told them I was finally ready we set-up an appointment for that following Saturday. When my husband and I pulled up the Dealership had the Altima in 2 colors (Storm Blue and Dark Red) waiting on us "cooling down". We took it for a about a 20 minute test drive. I was in LOVE!!! Once I made a decision on the color the rest of the process took about another hour. I drove home that day in MY very first brand NEW Nissan. I am an affiliate of Nissan North America and have had the chance to drive new vehicles but this was MY own Nissan that I did not have to give back!! Thank you to everyone at Newton Nissan South for never pressuring me and always asking if I had any other questions or concerns!!!! Woo Hoo!!!! More
