WILL ALWAYS DRIVE A TOP OF THE LINE NISSAN. STILL OWN MY 06 SENTRA BEST CAR AROUND. REALLY HAVENT HAD NO ISSUES WITH MY CAR. They retrieved it only to sell it to someone else. I get it. You're there to make money. But here's the consequence of doing it for the money for a one time sell. You lose a costumer today. Tomorrow. And for the future. I tell friends and family not to shop at Newton because there way of doing it business lacks any ethics. Disappointed in Matt Sharpton. More disappointed in his leader for not adhering to the agreed appointment set by Matt and I. Didn't even give me the chance to say I was no longer interested. Poor leadership. Poor people. Poor way of doing business. Upon posting my original review, the Internet manager called me directly and rudely expressed how I was wrong for talking about leadership. Instead of asking how they can do better, he blamed me for not rushing to come in early to get the vehicle. He was more concerned about "the" review, than improving my experience. Poor communicator. Amazing Staff Newton Nissan South has a wonderful staff! They worked very hard as a team to help get me in the right vehicle! You always go into a dealership with expectations of what you want and what you can afford, but once you get inside and start talking to the sales and finance department you might not be able to get everything you were looking for. In my case this is exactly what happened. Due to life and credit I was not able to get the package on the car that I wanted. But the sales and finance department went above and beyond to make sure I understood everything that was going on and came up with several different options for me to choose from! I am excited to say I’m totally in love with my NEW car! (Even tho it isn’t what I walked in wanting!) But with being young and not really having great credit they did there absolute best to make sure I was able to get a lot of the things I did want! They were so patient and so kind to work with me and figure out the best option for me! From the time I walked in the door till the time I left they truly treated me like I was apart of there Nissan family! They were absolutely wonderful! More
