When we were number crunching I explained to Jim that I had been talking to another dealership and he completely understood my concern and answered any questions that I tossed at him. I had absolutely no pressure from Jim Yeargin or Joel Marks, Finance Specialist. A few days after my purchase I received a call and email from Dan Goguen. Internet Sales Manager, who explained that I had left something very valuable in my trade. I am very impressed that the service department turned in something that I had accidently left behind. New 2017 Titan SV Was looking specifically for a black 2017 Nissan Titan SV with comfort and convenience package. The bad: They didn't have the truck I wanted, they didn't have the price I wanted and the new salesman I was originally working with I was less then impressed with. The good: They got me the truck I wanted that same day and had it ready that same day. They matched the price I found somewhere else to earn their business. The salesman actually quit the very next day and the Internet sales manager, Dan Goguen, connected us with Jessica Newcomb, a wonderful young lady who was very helpful. Im summary a good dealer turns a possibly undesirable situation into one to brag about. Cudos to Newton Nissan, I would definitely recommend them! More
