With years of experience with other dealerships I was very skeptical that this salesperson would get her the deal they discussed. I was very impressed to see Michelle Nevels work so hard for her and get her the deal promised. She was very thorough and went over every detail. Michelle definitely exceeded all of my expectations! Within a week or so I contacted Michelle about a new Altima 3.5 SR I was interested in but having trouble finding it in dark blue pearl. She insisted she would find me one and worked with Dan Goguen to locate the one I wanted. I had contacted 4 other dealers and only one other dealership offered to get me one, but it was almost 3 hours away. Michelle and Newton Nissan beat the other dealership price and helped make the whole process quick and very easy. Michelle worked just as hard for me as she did my daughter. You can tell she loves her job and wants everything to be perfect for her customers. I would recommend her and New Nissan South to anyone wanting the best deal and outstanding service. More

We felt were were treated fairly and honestly and that staff had genuine concern for our needs and overall experience. The 2016 Nissan Versa which we purchased late July, was involved in an accident 2 days after purchase. Our 19-year-old daughter was shaken, but not injured. The car was deemed totaled after the front end was completely smashed and the air bag deployed. We feel fortunate that she was in the new car, because the safety features did the job that had been described by Michelle. We can replace the car, but our daughter is all that really mattered. More

We first worked with Michelle, but she was out of the office when we went in, so Jared took good care of us. He went over everything in details with us and worked with our payments along with Dan and also Johnny. All of these employees were amazing. We even had 2 screaming hungry kids with us and they still remained calm and very professional. Our whole family now has cars with Nissan in Shelbyville (except for my husband) and he is next. Originally, we were planning to wait a week until we received the money for our totaled truck, but he was able to work with us and find us something for a reasonable price. We also met Dan, because we were planning to go through USAA, but he gave us a better discount for going through Nissan instead. Joel did our paperwork, and he explained everything we had questions about. We ended up walking off the lot with a beautiful 2015 Nissan Altima. Thank you so much, Chris! More
