This dealership moved and no one informed me via email. Then I get there for a hour or two appt and ends up taking 5 hours and they called me with 25 min left before they close. I live 45 min away. Unfortunately I did not have a very good experience. I made an oil change service appointment online a week ahead of time. I was scheduled at 10am w/Robert. I arrived on time and was told that Robert w made an oil change service appointment online a week ahead of time. I was scheduled at 10am w/Robert. I arrived on time and was told that Robert wasn’t there. At 11:30, I noticed my vehicle still wasn’t in for service. Dan told me that it was a busy time and that I was two cars back. I left the facility at 12:20 pm. I’m not sure what good it does to make an appointment if the appointment time is irrelevant. My past service at this facility I was in/out within 45 minutes without an appointment. More
