I was very disappointed to see that only a couple employees were wearing face masks. Shame on you for not wanting to protect your customers more. My visits have been good up until this last. Drove home (around 40 miles) and they didn’t attach the oil plug cover correctly so want dangling down. I like the dealership. I took my car in for a recall and complimentary oil change. When I picked up my car, they told me I should change my cabin and engine filter. If they would have called, I would have complimentary oil change. When I picked up my car, they told me I should change my cabin and engine filter. Auto service The service was a covered visit and my service rep was great. The overall dealership experience is not as good as it was previously. Several days after this visit, I took our VW for service. That dealership still washes the cars after service. They still provide complimentary water bottles and they have vending machines for customers use. More
