Poor communication The car was dropped off at 8:00am on Saturday the 30th of May. We were told that we would receive a call when the car was ready. I checked the deale The car was dropped off at 8:00am on Saturday the 30th of May. We were told that we would receive a call when the car was ready. I checked the dealer web site at about 4:00pm It showed the business hours as closing at 7:00pm. We should have about 3 hours before closing. I call the service department anyway and was told that that the car was being worked and would be ready by 5:00pm but that I needed to get there by 5:00pm as the service department would be closed. We got to the dealership a few minutes after 5pm and where able to get the car. Had I not made the call I don't think I would be there on time. Very poor communications from the service department. It looks like the scheduled work was over booked. More
