I always receive good service from Dan. I am a long time client of Subaru having a 2000 outback in addition to the 2015 I just had serviced. Great Service The only complaint is the time it took to do the recall. I got into the dealer at 8:30 am and the work was not complete until around 2 pm. They found a technician to explain how the blue tooth system worked, and s The service team - and especially Dan, are very attentive to my questions. They found a technician to explain how the blue tooth system worked, and someone to finally give me options. The dealership is great, but I am disappointed in Subaru's blue tooth system. My 2015 Forester had a better system. And the technician has shown me how to use my iphone to use CarPlay, which works a lot better - and while I am grateful for that, the Blue tooth system apparently is not improveable with the current manufacturer's system. More

Dan (service) is always great but this visit was somewhat disappointing as it wasn't necessary. I had a scheduled visit for a basic service as well as repair to my cruise control "set" switch.
