I am a first time Subaru owner. Gone twice now for my included Maintaince. Each time Dan my service provider has gone above and beyond explaining work done and helpful tips to maintain my vehicle. I placed an appointment to have my vehicle looked at, dropped it off on time, utilized the shuttle service and all was good up to this point. I asked if I could wait for the car and was told that ther dropped it off on time, utilized the shuttle service and all was good up to this point. I asked if I could wait for the car and was told that there a lot of hangover from the previous days work so they didn’t know when they would get to my car. I left and heard nothing until I called at 3:00 PM and was told that my car hadn’t even been looked at and could I pick it up the following day? I replied that is not good for me but can try and make that happen. Then I get a call 45 minutes later from the shuttle driver stating they are on their way? I asked if my car was done and she replied that I wouldn’t have called if it wasn’t. I have had work completed on my car twice and this is the same issue both times. Service is backed up and nobody calls to tell you what is going on. We have a Lexus, Chevy and Volkswagen as well and never have any such issues at those dealerships. More

Fast and easy The sale person Joseph (Joey) was knowledgeable as he explained the sales procedure and discussed the vehicles we were interested in in detail. He was thorough, business minded but also personal and caring that he was helping us in every way so that we would make the right decision. The finance and contract gentleman (sorry for not remembering his name) was courteous, professional and personal. The experience was by far the best I have ever had from any auto dealer. Met with the service department over an issue that I could not figure out and they wee very helpful in resolving my issues and in explaining some features that I did not full understand. The entire staff at Peoria Subaru was impressive, professional and courteous. More

caught a problem before it became a problem! I had my Forester appt to do 2 minor recalls and my 45 months check-up. When I pulled into the service center, my technician heard me stop and start I had my Forester appt to do 2 minor recalls and my 45 months check-up. When I pulled into the service center, my technician heard me stop and start the car (I had forgotten to put my windows up.) He came over and asked me how old the battery was. I told him I hadn't changed it since I bought it (approximately 38 months before). He asked me if it was OK to check the battery and install one if it was needed and I approved. When I picked it up 2 years later, it was humming like a baby. The technician told me that the car was literally dying as they were pulling it in for work. I have always had excellent service and Dan Halliburton is top-notch. More
