When it came to my actual appointment, it took two hours for my car to be serviced. Other dealerships would normally perform the same service and a car wash in 45 minutes. Overall I was not happy to spend almost $100 on an oil change that took so much of my time. I will not be returning. More

Customer service is great. Dan is helpful and does great job explaining the offered services. If I had an issue, it would be costs (out of Dans control). Dealerships a is great. Dealerships are notorious for charging much higher rates than private dealers. I think to keep prices more competitive, the dealer should at least offer more coupons/specials. And as a result of cost issue, to be honest I will keep my vehicle and drive it as long as possible, but when warranty expires I will seek services with a private dealership. More
