Quick and reliable service I gave five stars because the service is always great, quick and reliable. The service advisor was great as always and very helpful and friendly. I’ve been coming here since buying my car new and can’t see going anywhere else. More

36000 Mile check up Service was friendly, but it took 6 hours! I was told it would only take a few hours and I had some work to do so I stuck around. But, after 3 hours Service was friendly, but it took 6 hours! I was told it would only take a few hours and I had some work to do so I stuck around. But, after 3 hours I was done with my work, and there was still no word on how long it would take. I would like a more realistic number on how long I'd be waiting as I would have required an Uber to get home because I do not live in the shuttling zone. Also, I have been to other Subaru dealerships that wash your car when you get service done. That would have been much appreciated, even if it was just a quick rinse and vacuum. More

When I moved to the valley, I brought my Subaru Forester with me (purchase Dan Halliburton is the best! Peoria Subaru has a life-long customer in me. When I moved to the valley, I brought my Subaru Forester with me (purchased at another dealership, obviously), and they treated me as if I had bought it from them. All the complimentary service was performed under the original warranty (free oil change/free car wash, etc.). They were so pleasant to deal with, that I continue to use them for all my needs. Would highly recommend them! More

Amazing experience I always have my scheduled services done at Peoria Subaru for two reasons: 1. They do not try to push any services that my car really don't need, or I always have my scheduled services done at Peoria Subaru for two reasons: 1. They do not try to push any services that my car really don't need, or any accessories that I do not ask for. Everybody at the place, don't know their names, are friendly, and respectful. 2. I have Dan Halliburton as my service representative, he is the best, always polite, respectful and friendly. He gives me updates on the work time being done, uses a simple car language to explain the work needing to be done that I understand perfectly. More

Bad oil change I took my 2002 wrx in for an oil change, for them to fix a faulty hood latch, a 210 month service, new wiper blades, and a recall for the front contro I took my 2002 wrx in for an oil change, for them to fix a faulty hood latch, a 210 month service, new wiper blades, and a recall for the front control arm. I dropped my car off, and 5 days and $500 later all they had done was fix the hood latch, I had to tell them to do the oil change which was whatnot told them I wanted when I brought it in, and none of the other stuff had been completes so I didn't even want to start, I needed my car to get to and from work again. More
