Subaru Warranty Service I am sorry to say but my experience here for my warranty service was lack of a great one. Service advisor did not reach out to me on a daily basis I am sorry to say but my experience here for my warranty service was lack of a great one. Service advisor did not reach out to me on a daily basis to see what was going on and almost a week later got feedback on when they can start on my vehicle. I called customer service rep twice that week and left a message but never received a call back. I am dissappointed but I am glad my car was fixed. But I am willing to give it another chance when I need to come back for service. More

Courteous, Friendly and Professional Brought my Legacy in for a regular scheduled maintenance. The website allowed me to make the appointment easily and quickly. I received several follow-up reminders of my appointment with the opportunity to change my appointment if necessary. When I arrived at the scheduled time, Dan was ready for me, knew why I was there and thanked me for bring my vehicle back to Peoria Subaru. He went over the scheduled maintenance and asked if I had any issues with the vehicle or any questions. Dan was very courteous, friendly and professional. Upon completion of the service, the check out was fast and Dan thanked me for my continued business with Peoria Subaru. More

6 MONTH SERVICE OIL, FILTER, VEHICLE CHECK AND TIRE ROTATION IN LESS THAN 1 HOUR. EVERYBODY WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL. Loyal customers very disappointed We drove 45 minutes for EVERY service on our Subaru the past 3 years. Because we are moving to a new state we were told they would honor the loyalty t We drove 45 minutes for EVERY service on our Subaru the past 3 years. Because we are moving to a new state we were told they would honor the loyalty tires a little early but when we arrived for our appointment they refused to honor the tires and we left without new tires. I would not recommend that people do the loyalty program with this service center if the location is not convenient as we were very disappointed in the end. Dan was great for other service experiences but the service center overall is leaving a bad taste in our mouths. More

Easy, great waiting room Getting the appointment to deal with the recall of my Forrester was easy and quick, I really like being able to do that online. The waiting room is great, there are pastries (if you’re there early enough) fruit and coffee and water. The service itself took longer than I was told it would but I understand that emergencies do arise and employees take extra time off. More
