I walked into Koons Toyota for the 1st time about a month ago. I knew what I wanted but was not ready to purchase. I went with the intent of finding out how much of a trade in I would get and if it made sens ago. I knew what I wanted but was not ready to purchase. Dan was very patient, there was no pressure, has wonderful follow through and most of all was willing to work with my time frame. Dan called me with inventory updates once a week and when I was ready to buy, about 4 weeks later, I called Dan to let him know I was coming in. Dan was very easy to work with and took care of me - the customer. I had to return my old tags to the MVA and Dan brought me my paperwork since I had limited time. That's above and beyond! Kudos to Dan and the team at Koons for making this customer very happy with the purchase of a new car. More

This is the second vehicle I have purchased from Dan. He is a excellent Toyota Sales Representative and works a straight forward process. Dan is a great person to work with and gives you honest answers. He not only takes the time to make sure you completely understand the process and the vehicle, but follows up with you after to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have already sent him a referral and will be sending more people when the time comes. The Koon's organization should be proud to have him as a team player and a valuable asset to them. More
