He told us all about the RAV4 that we were interested in, then he had us take it for a test drive. he pointed out all the fine points of purchase. I walked into Koons Toyota for the 1st time about a month ago. I knew what I wanted but was not ready to purchase. I went with the intent of finding out how much of a trade in I would get and if it made sens ago. I knew what I wanted but was not ready to purchase. I went with the intent of finding out how much of a trade in I would get and if it made sense to buy a new car or not. Dan was very patient, there was no pressure, has wonderful follow through and most of all was willing to work with my time frame. Dan called me with inventory updates once a week and when I was ready to buy, about 4 weeks later, I called Dan to let him know I was coming in. Dan was very easy to work with and took care of me - the customer. I had to return my old tags to the MVA and Dan brought me my paperwork since I had limited time. That's above and beyond! Kudos to Dan and the team at Koons for making this customer very happy with the purchase of a new car. More
