A complete 180 from our previous experience and it made all the difference. From the sales process all the way through delivery and a subsequent service/installation appointment, Pat was knowledgeable, easygoing, and never dispensed obvious B.S. He was very accommodating throughout, responded quickly to my calls and texts, and I always felt like I was a valued customer. Dan made the paperwork part run smoothly and without pressure. And I have to add that to a man/woman, the staff I have encountered at Schaumburg Audi has been friendly and service-oriented. This is the kind of treatment one expects at a high end dealership.
