Other dealerships tried to get us into cars (or finance plans) that we weren't interested in. Once we told Elvin, our salesman, exactly what we were looking for, there it was. He made the process go smoothly (and quickly, since we had a limited amount of time to spend at the dealership). Other dealerships weren't interested in working with us since we had pre-approved financing that we had gotten on our own. Audi of Hoffman Estates didn't even flinch at the fact that we had financing already in place, and that it was going to take them a few extra steps when it came time to finalizing our purchase. When we came into the dealership to pick up our car, we were greeted by Viktor and Dan, who both thanked us for our business. From there, Elvin spent a lot of time with us on the delivery of the car, going over all of the features and details. We couldn't be happier with our new Audi, or our new dealership! More

I had my heart set on a TT, a car I've wanted to own for a long time, and was finally ready to buy this summer. I live in Wisconsin, and was disappointed to discover that there were only one or two TTs for a long time, and was finally ready to buy this summer. I live in Wisconsin, and was disappointed to discover that there were only one or two TTs available throughout the whole state. When I expanded my search to neighboring states, I saw that Audi Hoffman Estates hadthe best selection of TTs by far. Although I was hesitant about buying out of state and from a long distance, I called and spoke with Marty, who was friendly and helpful right from the start. Through telephone and email conversations over a few days, he assured me that if I made the trip, I would be treated right and could leave with my TT that same day. Audi Hoffman Estates definitely made good on that promise. Everyone I met that day was very welcoming and put me at ease. With no haggling, I received a very fair offer on my trade-in and a very good price on my new TT, prepped and ready to go for me, and which I did indeed drive home that same day. More

Working with Schaumburg Audi and Dan Spero, our sales rep, was the best to purchase and over 8 or 9 months visited more than I care to think about. Working with Schaumburg Audi and Dan Spero, our sales rep, was the best experience relative to the other dealers we visited. Even though we had our first test drive last summer, we found Dan to be very patient and consistent to deal with no matter how often we visited and what questions we asked. He did not pressure us like some of the other dealers and we were able to research the vehicle we wanted and gather information from the internet to be comfortable that we were able to negotiate a very fair deal. When it came time to go through the purchase we were able to complete the transaction and felt like we were treated with respect through out the entire process. Today's cars have so much more technology that we were also pleased Dan spent time going over all of the features of the car without rushing us. We strongly recommend Schaumburg Audi and Dan Spero to anyone looking for a new car. More
