Excellent dealership with fantastic staff. We live about an hour and a half south of Brandon Honda, but were in the area for the International Auto Show in Tampa. We did not see a particular coupe model at the show that we were curious about and decided to check one of the local dealer lots on our way home. BEST decision ever. We have purchased many cars over the years, but this purchase definately stands out. When we arrived at the dealership, I explained to my salesman Dan Ryan that we were not planning to buy as we lived so far away and just wanted to see if they had that model of car so we could see it. Dan showed us the car we had asked about and as he walked us back to our car, pointed out another model of coupe that that he thought might be better an even better choice to look into later. After test driving the car we knew he was right and it definately was a better fit for us. Dan Ryan and Dan Jordy his sales manager then ran the numbers for us so that we would have and idea of our payments when we decided to go shopping closer to home. While going over numbers, Dan Jordy gave us several suggestions buy/lease/trade in and what might be the best options for us and why. These guys are great. Yeah I know.. car sales men... They are NOT all alike. These guys were not pushy at all. They were friendly and extremely helpful. Dan Ryan could have tried to sell us the car we asked about and go for the quick sell but instead he suggested another that was a better fit for us. Dan Jordy could have just taken taken the the quick route and tried to sign us up for what ever plan we mentioned. Our local dealer offered to beat Brandon Honda's price by a couple of hundred "to earn our business". We drove back up to Brandon Honda two days later (3 hour round trip) and bought the car Dan had pointed out to us. Buying a car locally is nice, but buying a car from straight forward people that you feel comfortable dealing with is great. Awesome staff. Awesome dealership. Go see Dan Ryan & Dan Jorde. More

He went out of his way to make sure that he found me the c Starting with my salesman, Metin Cihaner the gentleman was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to make sure that he found me the car of my dreams. I am not sure how many times he went and got me another car, but it was a lot. He sincerely wanted to make sure I was happy with the color and accessories, because I was undecided. He NEVER pressured me, I was actually there to have service done on my vehicle. He told me to take the car and drive it around for awhile while they were working on my car. I thought that was unusual, but I did not want to sit there while they were working on my car. When I brought the car back the service dept. was not yet finished and I was not sure I wanted to buy the car. I had errands to run and he told me to take the car and just bring it in the morning, this way I could sleep and make a good decision. This has never happened to me, I did fall in love with the car and made a clear decision to buy it. From that point on every person I dealt with was extremely professional and courteous to me. The finance man did not try to rip me off, he gave me a great deal on financing. I wanted some accessories and Andy Augusto was incredible. He gave me a great deal on all the accessories I wanted. I know, because I bought the same accessories for the car I was having serviced from a different dealer. They told me they were giving me them at cost, they lied. Thank you Andy!! I had my children with me a 4yr old and a 6yr old, they were getting restless and everyone in the dealership was very nice to them. I don't know the man's name, but he even sat with them and played while I was going over some of the final details. I cannot say enough good things about my experience. I have never been treated so well by a car dealership in my life. One more thing, the only thing that was wrong with my car was a nail in the tire. The service dept. didn't even try to rip me off. Thank you Bob!! I have to say again Metin was hands down the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with, Ever!! More
