When I came in to sign the paperwork Dan Kittle assisted me. He was very friendly and easy to talk to as we were waiting for the car to get ready. The service department is also very helpful. Everyone that I have encountered at Szott Ford is very friendly. Everyone is willing to help in any way they can. I will never go anywhere else for my vehicle needs! What a great dealership with a great staff. We worked with Dan Kittle who was absolutely wonderful. It has been 23 years since the last time I purchased a Ford. I have purchased over 17 new cars all GM. with Dan Kittle who was absolutely wonderful. It has been 23 years since the last time I purchased a Ford. I have purchased over 17 new cars all GM. I had no desire to purchase a Ford since a bad experience with Ford in 1989. I went to turn in my Arcadia and passed a Ford dealership. I thought what the heck I should look at the 2013 Explorer. I was shocked to see how many options I could get compared to my GMC Arcadia. Dan told me to take it home and make sure it was a good fit for the family. After driving both cars that day I realized what I had been missing all these years. The new Fords are light years ahead with the technology they have. We thought no way could we afford something like this. Not fully loaded with Navigation, leather, blind spot indicator, towing package, and the list goes on and on. This SUV can show the weather maps, gas prices, even ski conditions. All you have to do is ask the car to search for what you want. It can even become a wifi hot spot. So I went back to see what Dan could work out thinking in the back of my head no way is this going to work out. Well I was wrong. Dan gave a price that shocked us. Here is the deal. We got a fully loaded SUV with every option for the same price as a middle of the road Arcadia with cloth and limited options. The best part was there was no pressure and no haggling back and forth. When we decided to do the deal it took only 30 minutes. What was really cool was when we got home we got a call later that day from Dan to see how we liked the car. I highly recommend Szotts Ford for your next car purchase. More
