Such a good experience with a super knowledgeable salesperson. In this case we had a friends and family coupon (which does help financially). Dan found us a car at another dealership after sending us many options and financial considerations, that met our needs. He didn't stop after a few models that either had things we didn't need or that were above our budget. From the time we found one that fit, we were walking out the door in less than 24 hours with a new car! Total time 3 days! FYI - we did interact with several other sales people who, from our interactions, were also super pleasant and answered and friendly during wait times for paperwork. I also liked that fact that, yes he wanted to sell us something off the lot (duh!) but didn't stop when our needs didn't fit what he had available! Thank you Szott Ford and Dan the rest of the staff! Better Truck Buying Experience ! We decided to purchase a new truck. However, we were unsure on what type of truck we wanted. So since we had previously purchased a car from Dan Kittl We decided to purchase a new truck. However, we were unsure on what type of truck we wanted. So since we had previously purchased a car from Dan Kittle from Szott Ford We thought it was the obvious starting point as our last purchase exceeded all expectations. After just a few minutes with Dan we were able to pinpoint our exact wants and needs and most importantly our budget. With Dans expertise and guidance we ordered a new Ford F-150 and couldn't be happier. It was everything my husband wanted and then some! My husband said it was so nice it couldn't be considered a truck! He even went as far as to say- he may have to buy a F250 for a "truck" since this rides smooth like a car.
