Amazing customers service I walked in and from the moment I stepped in I knew I was in the right place. The place was immaculate and so was the staff. They were all in polos for the summer months and looked like a guy I would golf with, it made me feel at ease. I had asked for a Wrangler I had been looking at and they jumped into action like I was the only one there (dozens were). Dan was my sales person and he made this process painless and got me everything I wanted. They gave me the best price around on my loaded Rubicon and top dollar for my trade in. Being summer I didn't have my soft top on and my hard top is in storage. They made arrangements for both to picked up, wait what? Traded in a topless Jeep and they made it all happen. Not often you go to a dealership and honestly feel like you have made friends. I mean a lot of friends. Lastly Steve in finance again painless. The ownership clearly cares because there employees all cared more than you see. At the end Dan went through all the options of my Rubicon and I looked at my watch, they had been closed for 30 mins when he started. I even tried to rush him and he wasn't having it. Almost 45 mins of explaining and thank goodness because it's a lot. I don't write reviews, this is maybe the 3rd ever, but Marino Jeep is a special place that you don't often see anymore. More
