This was my second purchase form this awesome dealership! My first experience was so great it was a no brainer to return for my second truck. What made it even better was that all it took was a phone call to Chris Lengsfeld. He's like that really cool fun Uncle that remembers every detail of your life! Told him what I was looking for and when I arrived he had exactly what I wanted ready for a test drive. He found me the exact color I wanted and had tires, a lift, power steps and a bed cover installed for me at the location - IT WAS EFFORTLESS!!!! Even lent me his own vehicle for the lapse in time from turning in my original truck. I can not recommend this dealership enough! And especially can't recommend my salesman Chris enough!!! His attention to detail and knowing his customer is impeccable. Service is excellent as well. Dan Kropp (or as my friends and I call him Dan the Man!) has been so extremely helpful in the past three years with any service that I needed. His follow up calls were extremely impressive! It was as if he really cares, past his normal job requirements. He has excellent customer service and it's such a pleasure knowing that I can rely on him for the best care for my Amazing Silverado Truck!!! And then there is Tony Oddon whom showed exemplary patience with my 4 year old daughter as she was literally climbing the rear part of the cab as he was trying to deliver my truck and explain all of the bells and whistles with a straight face as she flowed between acrobats and melt downs. But my 4 year old is one to be impressed as she was adamant that our next truck be a Chevy!!! We are American made and insist our trucks be the same. This dealership and their employees are the epitome of what you would want and expect from shopping local and supporting your local businesses - I will be back! Definitely for service and for future vehicles!!! Thank you to Chris, Dan, Tony and the entire staff at Buzz Chew that makes it all happen!!!! More
