Outstanding customer service! I leased a 2019 Suburban Premier edition from Bob White. I was turning in a 2015 Suburban LTZ from a 39 mos lease that Bob also had built with me. Bob assisted me in ordering the new vehicle and helped me customize it to enable me to get everything I wanted and not pay for extras I didn’t need. His knowledge of the vehicle and assisting me in identifying all eligible GM offers made the transaction seamless from start to finish. On the day of pick up he was ready, organized and had staff in place to assist with turning in and picking up the new vehicle in less than one hour. All staff ensured a pleasant experience from the moment I walked in to us leaving completely satisfied. Bob White is most unique in his trade because he doesn’t SELL you anything. He listens to your needs, informs you of what is available then works with you to deliver what it is you selected and a firm price that doesn’t change. I’m sure he is a most valued employee of your dealership and I specifically send people east to meet with him if they are shopping for a car new or used. I’ve never had a friend regret the trip east wether they bought from him or not. He is a true professional and a gentleman. More

Emergency Service Visit I had a computer issue with my truck and my back was against the wall because I was due to drive to S. Carolina in 2 days. He really wants the client to be happy. The service department is awesome. I love the fact that they will drop m off at work not to mention the superb work they do.
