Specifically, Mr. Bill Dockendorf, the salesman who helped me, was at all times, courteous, patient, informative, and professional while assisting me in locating the exact truck that I wanted. Eventually, he was able to arrange for the delivery of my new truck from a dealer in Tennessee on a schedule that was convenient for me.
