Jerry was awesome ! He was pleasant , funny and very helpful . One thing he wasn't was pushy ! The dealership was closing by the time we were done with signing paperwork,but Jerry still took time to show me how to pair my phone to the car,and my car to the My Mazda appand how the app worked. Just an all around great salesperson! More

I'd rather be at the dentist's office than deal with 95% of car dealers/salespeople. As such, I do my car shopping online. Hawk Mazda's pricing was so much better than other dealers, it was practically unb of car dealers/salespeople. As such, I do my car shopping online. Hawk Mazda's pricing was so much better than other dealers, it was practically unbelievable and made our purchase decision a utter no-brainer. Dan handled our purchase. He was great. Our buying experience was a 10 out of 10 (and I'm not a smoke blower). No surprises whatsoever. More

I do not like going to car dealerships as I always feel the sales pressure. I did NOT FEEL that at all with Dan McCarthy at the Hawk Mazda in Joliet.
