The only Place to go! We rated the dealership as "great" in all categories except price. One can never report that the price is great! The staff t this dealership continually earn our loyalty with exceptional service, professional and friendly sales counseling with no hard sell tactics. Our sales representative, Dan Meehan, treats us like old friends. That is not an exception in this shop, it is the norm. The tone is set at the top; Ted Lucki is a good citizen and as sincere a gentleman as you will find in his industry. More

Best Toyota Purchase Experience in 15 Years My wife and I purchased/leased 6-7 cars over 15 years from Competition Toyota in Middle Island, NY. We were never treated as well as we were at Riverhead Toyota! What a pleasure. Dan Meehan, our sales person, could not have been nicer. Everyone we encountered was such a pleasure to deal with. Not only did we get a better trade in and price than we would have from Competition Toyota, we were treated so much better. After turning in our lease at Competition, we asked for some prices on trading in our '12 Prius for a '14 Venza. Four weeks later, we are still waiting for a price quote. All we received from Competition was a strange phone call asking my wife if I was present when our Camry lease was turned in. She felt they were insinuating that something inappropriate was going in between her and the sales person, resulting in no fees for turning in the '12 Camry (1,700 miles) early with no penalty fees. The respect and appreciation we received from Dan and everyone at Riverhead Toyota was refreshing. We are loyal Toyota owners and we were loyal Competition Toyota customers. Now we are loyal Riverhead Toyota customers and I can't imagine going anywhere else for a new car! More

Dan was very helpful and informative for two people who did not know too much about hybrids. In the past I've had two unsatisfactory experiences purchasing a new car from two different dealerships. So I went to Riverhead Toyota hoping for a better reception but trying to keep my expectations realistic. From the moment I began talking to Diego Mamani about the possibility of leasing a Prius to Chris Weitz's tireless search for the exact color combination I hoped for, I was treated with professionalism, honesty,respect and great care. With their patience and integrity, I was able to lease the car I really wanted. I can't imagine ever buying a car from anywhere other than Riverhead Toyota. More

They were very fair with regards to our trade. The sales manager, Chris weitz, was an absolute pleasure to work with. The finance manager was off the day of our delivery, so Chris personally completed our financing paperwork. He was upfront and informative with us. There were no surprises or upselling on delivery. He actually showed us how we could spend less money on an extended warranty that we requested based on our driving habits. That was a first for me. This is our 4th vehicle from riverhead Toyota. My hat off to you gentlemen!!! Other dealers should take lessons from you. More

From the moment we came to purchase our Sienna we were met with courteous and friendly salesmen--Dan and Chris. A price and availability were discussed and agreeded upon. Dan wasn't in to take care of delivering the vehicle to us but said that Mike would be able to help us. Since this new car had so much more than our Camry, I was a little afraid of learning all the high tech extras. But Mike made sure that he went over everything as well as downloading bluetooth and the garage door opener. This was our 2nd purchase from Riverhead Toyota and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family and friends. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! More

We just purchased our third Toyota from this dealer. We traded in our '05 Sienna (purchased new at this dealer) for a new '11 Highlander Limited. The people we worked with were all very friendly, knowledge traded in our '05 Sienna (purchased new at this dealer) for a new '11 Highlander Limited. The people we worked with were all very friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. I didn't feel as though I had to make a deal immediately. Their sales tactic seems to be to inform the customer and let the customer decide on his own. Before I came in, I told them what kind of car I was interested in and when I arrived, they had 3 different Highlanders parked next to each other all ready for test drives. They were quite clear with the pricing and options. I probably had to pass a few Toyota dealerships on my way as I live about 35 minutes away, but for a big financial transaction, it has been well worth my time to travel out to Riverhead. Now, our biggest problem is that my wife and I are fighting over the new car! I look forward to car # 4 from you guys. More
