I have been using this Dealership for a little over 10 years now. I love how meticulous they are on the inspection of my vehicles when they are serviced. Finding anything and everything that is wrong fr years now. I love how meticulous they are on the inspection of my vehicles when they are serviced. Finding anything and everything that is wrong from a tail light out to a nail in a tire. Thus saving me from a ticket or being stranded on the side of a road. I started using Dan Penner as a service advisor first and got to know him. A few years ago he moved to sales and He is always there to help me find the car I need new or used. I would recommend Long McArthur Inc. and Dan Penner to anyone looking to buy a new or used car. Thanks, Dan More

Looking for a new vehicle to replace our minivan was something I was not looking forward to in a dealership I had not dealt with before. A fellow worker recommended to me to ask for Dan Penner. Upon arriving at the dealer, Dan was very helpful and a good listener, and gave us a couple of good recommendations. Everybody at the dealer always had a smile, and were very accommodating. Dan listened to what our needs were and what budget we had to work with then gave us options of what would be available to us. He not only put us in the car of our choice but was able to work with financ had to work with then gave us options of what would be available to us. He not only put us in the car of our choice but was able to work with financing to fit in our budget. He worked very hard to get us in a newer vehicle with lower mileage and all within our budget. He is a most respectful and professional gentelman. We come here because of the service department but we definetly will also make this our auto dealership now as well. Great bunch of peopole to work with. More

I've know Dan Penner since he was in the service department and i know that he will treat me and others very fair. Excellent customer service! Dan isn't pushy. He listens to the customer. He is VERY good at balancing his needs with the customers. In the end the customer, salesman, and the dealership believe we have agr to the customer. He is VERY good at balancing his needs with the customers.
