I like the fact that you folks are running the vehicles through a car wash whenever weather is permitting as I have always felt that was one of the better ways to ensure customer satisfaction. As a young adult I worked in a service center while going to school. Back then an oil change consisted of a quick car wash, vacuum the floor of the vehicles and clean the windows inside and out and it definitely ensured the customers repeat business. (just a story added) I did however notice after my wife left with the car that I did have oil drips on my garage floor which I cleaned up. I know this can happen but it does bug me and I will continue to monitor to make sure it doesn't continue which would prompt me to bring the Highlander back. I wanted this oil change prior to a road trip to Branson so just insuring there are no issues. My overall satisfaction with Toyota and this dealership has been very high since my first Toyota purchase in 1980. Stan Pedersen More

Fiixing the groaning in the Rav IV! We are leasing a Rav IV and brought it in for its 5000 mile check. We had noticed a strange problem earlier and had notified Toyota. When we brought it in, they diagnosed it, ordered the parts and set up another appointment within a few days. When I arrived, at the new appointment, Dan quickly took care of me and the car. Within the day, we were notified that it was fixed and when I went back in, Ben was the only person around and asked if I needed help. He quickly found the work order and the keys to the car and I was on my way. I was pleased with the friendliness, efficiency, and timeliness of the whole experience. Thanks to all. More
