Outstanding Service by Dan Pope I came in with a slow leak on a tire. I was giving immediate attention. Although he could have put 4 new tires on my Tundra, Dan fixed the immediate i I came in with a slow leak on a tire. I was giving immediate attention. Service I have had absolutely the best car care help, from purchase through service. They are always ready to answer my questions or explain what they are d I have had absolutely the best car care help, from purchase through service. They are always ready to answer my questions or explain what they are doing in detail so I can understand what they are doing. Rob did a great job finding a car with the items I needed. My only problem was in trying to cancel the service contract. The first time I waited 45 minutes and then decided to come back. The second time, it was almost 30 minutes, and after I was told he would be back waited again while it was handed off to someone else. To my surprise I received another notice today in the mail, asking me to contact finance again to cancel. That is my only complaint in an otherwise extremely well run and caring favility More

Exceptional service I got a tire rotation for a very reasonable price, and Toyota also gave me a shuttle ride to where I work (and back again afterwords). I asked them if I got a tire rotation for a very reasonable price, and Toyota also gave me a shuttle ride to where I work (and back again afterwords). I asked them if they could vacuum around the front seats, and they not only did this but also washed the car for me! The service manager was very helpful answering my questions about the vehicle inspection and what upcoming maintenance will cost. More
