I have on occasions stopped at other Toyota dealers for work (Coon Rapids & Minnetonka. Then I had work done about 18 months ago Saint Cloud Toyota and the difference between your dealership and the other two was the difference between night and day. You out performed the other dealers on pricing, clean-ness, , quality of work, and customer service. I would also like to add that I am currently retired. When I was working I was a plant manager for 300 people in all departments and if I could have I would have cloned your service manager (Dan Pope). His customer service skills are of the highest quality. I am sure you know how important it is to have great customer skills, while meeting your other responsibilities, and having on going customers due to a great experience with your representative. GREAT EXPERIENCE!!!!!!! More
