Second visit for the same issue. Appointment at 9am. No communication all day so I called them 4pm. Rep stated the car was done and there was no charge. Parts installed from service a month prior had failed and were replaced. No apology for inconvenience or the previous failed repair. Also, the Service order stated I “declined” a rear wiper replacement. Since no one called me, I was never actually offered this service making the entry inaccurate. Satisfied with the repair but very disappointing customer experience. A 30 second voice message explaining the situation would have turned this from a 2 star to a 5 star. More
