Hi my name is Raymond Russell and I purchased a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado RTS from Dan Provenzola employee of Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships on June 5th 2020. I wasn’t able to take the survey so here is why I am emailing you. After this I will post my review on Google and Yelp. I am in the Customer service business too and understand not all transactions with clients can go perfectly however this experience goes beyond. Here is the timeline; The deal was signed June 5th. I was told it may take a bit to deliver the truck to me. Now the problem here is that I was told 3 or 4 times “the vehicle will be leaving”, “the vehicle will be leaving”. Well the truck arrived June 26th. When it arrived I went over the truck and found damage probably due to the fact the truck was a demo which I agreed to lease however I would expect someone would have gone over the vehicle before delivering to try and take care of a scratch on the bedside, scratch on the front bumper and scratch in a few areas of the interior. That wasn’t the big problem. The big problem was the truck arrived with no floor mats, no running boards and a TPMS failure. The TPMS failure is due to the fact the wheels were changed from 18” to 22”. I am still not convinced on whether or not the tire pressure monitoring system needs relearned or maybe the sensor were not even installed in the new wheels. Either way I have been left to figure this out. After discovering these issues I immediately alerted Dan and he apologized and said he would take care of it. But much like the delayed arrival of the truck I was given excuse, after excuse, after excuse as to when the floor mats and running boards would be delivered. Finally they arrived August 5th. The running boards arrived damaged of course just like the truck. I have all the pictures to prove this if you would like. In addition to these aforementioned problems I was left to install the running boards my self with no offer from Dan or Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships. And to continue with the lack of customer service I requested three times to receive a phone call from the General Manager of Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships but that person never contacted me. So to close on this review I just want to give Dan and everyone else at Feldman Chevrolet member of the Mark Wahlberg group of dealerships “under promise and over deliver” is a cliché but should be considered an oath of anyone serving in the customer service industry. Feldman Chevrolet made my car shopping experience flawless. From the time I was greeted on the lot, to getting me the keys for the test drive and the finance options even though I paid cash. Maybe 3 hours from start to finish and that’s with me going to my own bank for payment. My 2020 Chevy Trax was delivered to my home with no issues. Before I left the dealership I was given a tutorial on how to operate my new vehicle. Best car buying experience ever! More

My wife LOVES her new Traverse!!! Walked into Feldman Chevrolet on Sat to price a new vehicle for my wife. We left 2 hours later after ordering a brand new Chevy Traverse. My wife wanted custom options and a specific paint color that the dealer didn't have in stock. Dan Provenzola took excellent care of us and has since built a relationship with us that will keep us coming back. The vehicle arrived ahead of schedule, we picked it and she just loves it!!! The new features that Chevy included from the previous model are incredible. The heated and cooled leather seats keep my comfortable in any season. Feldman called to ensure we were satisfied, follows up on any requests you have and is all about going the extra mile. Love to popcorn and bottled water provided also!!! Don't hesitate to check them out. Bigger isn't always better but when it comes to personal touches, Feldman completely satisfied us. More

Not Impressed Dan gave me incorrect information about the features of my new leased vehicle. He seemed very much in a hurry to wrap up the deal, even indicating th Dan gave me incorrect information about the features of my new leased vehicle. He seemed very much in a hurry to wrap up the deal, even indicating that I didn't really need to see or test drive the new vehicle since it was basically the same as my previous vehicle, with the exception of a couple of new features the 2018 model would have. When I left the dealership I found that the vehicle did not have the features we spoke of. I emailed Dan's assistant (since Dan did not provide me with his card or contact information) who explained how I could activate the feature. I emailed her back explaining I did not have the button needed to activate the feature and asking if I was given the wrong vehicle. The following morning I received a brusque phone call from Dan wanting to know what the issue was. I explained and he told me that the vehicle I had does not have this feature. He seemed irritated and defensive, and told me I must have misunderstood since he has been doing this a long time and knows his vehicles. I explained that I didn't misunderstand anything and that I believed he had mistakenly given me incorrect information as he seemed in a hurry to close the deal. He asked what he could do correct this, although his tone sounded very much annoyed, rather than genuine about correcting his mistake. The call ended with him stating that he would have his manager call me. I have still not received a call from his manager. His assistant, Stephenie, was very sweet and friendly, and did her best to help me enroll in the Chevy rewards program so that I could receive a free oil change. There was a problem with the website, which she graciously spent quite a bit of time trying to figure out. During this time Dan walked by and asked what she was doing. She explained, and he told her to stop worrying about that, which gave the impression that now that the deal was complete, it was not important to spend time on this task. I left the dealership without being able to enroll. As I was leaving the dealership I was begged for a 10 star review on their survey, which I found off putting. I do understand the importance of them receiving the 10 star review and the way it impacts the dealership. However I feel that if they would like a 10 star review they should do their best to provide 10 star service to all customers, not just those spending larger amounts of money. I realize I was purchasing a relatively inexpensive vehicle (Malibu), and as such, Dan may not want to give as much time/effort with me as perhaps someone spending more money. But I think a good sales person has enough tact to not let their customer feel that vibe. My family and I have been purchasing and leasing vehicles from this dealership for about 20 years now, and it is a shame that this is the most recent experience I had. I will be going elsewhere for my next vehicle when this lease is up. More
