I know I can be a difficult buyer due to I purchased a 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Dan Reitz a couple of months ago and he was great to work with. I know I can be a difficult buyer due to being a car buff and a mechanical engineer but Dan was great to work with. I had lots of questions related to the type of 4 wheel drive system installed in this vehicle because there are 3 to 4 different types of 4X4 systems that Jeep has for this make, model and year vehicle. Dan answered all of my questions and then actually showed me a video/audio showing and describing the technical aspect of this type of 4X4 system. He got all the necessary paperwork, financing information, warranty info and even set up an appointment for a recall item that I noticed and inquired about. I thought I'd be referred to the service dept. for this but Dan set this up too. It was great experience buying a vehicle from Dan at Bonneville. Thanks. More

Pleasurable buying experience with no hassle I went into Bonneville and Son not sure what I was looking for but knew I wanted to get out of my current vehicle. My sales representative Dan Reitz I went into Bonneville and Son not sure what I was looking for but knew I wanted to get out of my current vehicle. My sales representative Dan Reitz took the time to listen to what I was trying to accomplish both with the new vehicle as well as what my financial goals were. He asked questions and listened to my answers in order to really get to know me. He suggested a few vehicles and we spent the day test driving at least three cars. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. Unfortunately we were unable to come to terms financially and I had to leave a pending deal on the table. Dan told me he would run a few scenarios and get back to me. That afternoon I got a call and Dan asked if i was interested in the new Chrysler 200 Limited. I had not thought of this car as I thought it was out of my price range. Dan worked hard to get me every discount and incentive available and we came to a number i could afford. I could not be happier. I love the new 200 and the service I received while going through the buying process makes driving it that much more enjoyable. This is the fourth vehicle I have bought from Bonneville in the past 5 years and I would highly recommend both their sales people and service department to anyone looking for an excellent car buying and maintenance experience. Used car Purchase was a great experience i worked with Dan Reitz over the internet before showing up to look at the vehicle. he suggested that i get pre-approved for a loan to make things eas i worked with Dan Reitz over the internet before showing up to look at the vehicle. he suggested that i get pre-approved for a loan to make things easier. i filled out the form online and submitted the application. about an hour went by and he emailed me back with approval. made an appointment to come down. when i arrived the vehicle was waiting out front ready for me to test drive. we took it for a spin and when i came back we did all the paperwork. 45 minutes and out the door i went. they cleaned the car and even delivered it to my house in about 1 1/2 hours. great experience More
