Very very high quality organization that seems to have the right (and rare) ethics behaviors that is usually so sorely missing. Polite efficient and honest. On her game, responsive, polite, straightforward, dedicated to finding the right vehicle and an all around pleasure to deal with. I started this process in Rockland County, NY and got such a bad taste from the local dealer so quickly that I elected to drive 60 miles to work with Toyota of Wallingford. They earned my business and I would do it again. More

from soup to nuts, the new car leasing process was thorough and professional. the staff @ wallingford toyota, specifically, Dan Roberts, were friendly and helpful. Dan took the time to go through every detail and feature of my new car so I would drive off the lot well versed in as many aspects of the car as possible. he was instrumental in orchestrating the final deal; a price i am satisfied with and happy to pay. i highly recommend Toyota of Wallingford - this is the 2nd car i've purchased from them and i have every intention of returning to Toyota of Wallingford for all services vehicle related. keep up the great work!!! thanks for making what's normally a dry and boring process a fun and easy process. I was looking for a car on the internet and I came across Toyota of Wallingford. I made an appointment with Dan Roberts to see a car I really liked for my daughter. I went with my husband and daughter but wh Toyota of Wallingford. I made an appointment with Dan Roberts to see a car I really liked for my daughter. I went with my husband and daughter but when we got to the dealer, everything changed for the better because we ended up buying a better car: 09 Camry. Dan was very courteous and he made us feel like family. We felt the same way with Gloria Fernandez. She was very nice and helpful with everything; she even helped us get a low interest rate with the Finance Director Sohail Butt who was also a very nice guy. I love all three of them. I would really really recommend this dealer to anyone. This is the first time I could say the whole deal went through smoothly with no hidden fees, surprises of any kind, or pressure from any body. To the dealer I would give you this advice: Put Gloria on the Spanish channel "Univision" to bring more buyers because she has her way with words. I have seen Gloria on TeleMundo as well. Ron and Dan are very courteous, respectful and knowledgeable salespeople. We talked to several other Toyota dealerships in the area and this was by far the best. Not only did they have exactly the truck that I was looking for and at a great price, they also went above and beyond t and this was by far the best. I submitted a request online and within a few hours I received a phone call from Ron Jackson. Ron told me some details about the dealership and wanted to setup an appointment with me to come in to test received a phone call from Ron Jackson. Ron told me some details about the dealership and wanted to setup an appointment with me to come in to test drive the vehicle I inquired about. When I arrived I was met my Ron who introduced to Dan Roberts (he would be the salesman for this purchase). Dan reviewed the basic information submitted online and then had a Tacoma pulled up to the door so I could test drive. I told him that I was not certain what I wanted or even if I was going to purchase a vehicle. Dan acknowledged that fact and indicated he understood. Dan was extremely pleasant, easy-going, and did not attempt to pressure me into purchasing the vehicle during the test drive as other Toyota dealers tried to do. Upon returning we sat and discussed pricing. Because I was not sure what I wanted to told them I would contact them in a few days. In the meantime, I conducted some research on the vehicle and went to two other Toyota dealers. I received what I thought was a better deal on the same vehicle and a higher trade-in value. I contacted Ron Jackson and told him of the difference and within a few hours he notified me that they would match the price. Ron was very pleasant and easy to work with and I believe understood that I was trying to get the best deal going. On the day of “paperwork”, I worked with Paul S. to get the deal completed. He was great to work with and spent more time than I ever imaged fully explaining every piece of paper he was giving me and we even shared some life experiences. He also provided some great suggestions to save even more $$$ than I did on this purchase. I took advantages of those savings and he even completed the paperwork for it!!!!! Not what I expected from a profit driven industry. Don’t get me wrong, I understand that dealers have costs associated with operating a business and try to pass them all on the customer; however I did not feel this way at this dealership. I am sure they made some cash off of this deal, but by doing research and comparison shopping I was able to make it work to my benefit. If you want to purchase a new vehicle from a dealership that does not have the “expected tactics of a new or used car dealer” visit Toyota of Wallingford. You will be pleasantly surprised. More
