Rockstar treatment when you go to Chevy Sunrise I went into Chevy Sunrise on Saturday 02.18.17 because my Lease on my 2014 traverse expires in May 2017. Which by the way I leased my 2014 Traverse f I went into Chevy Sunrise on Saturday 02.18.17 because my Lease on my 2014 traverse expires in May 2017. Which by the way I leased my 2014 Traverse from Sunrise from Sean Donato, and in fact this was the 5th car our family has leased or purchased from Chevy Sunrise. When I walked in I was pretty upfront in what I was looking for. We wanted to lease another Traverse, if fits our family's life style with 2 kids and a dog. I talked with Dan first and he introduced me to Luciano. (Dan as the manager made this entire purchase very easy and smooth, no non-sense at all, only respect). Luciano was very respectful to myself and our daughter, who I had with me. I let Luciano know what I was looking for. He did not have what I wanted on the lot but went the extra mile and located a traverse for me. We worked out the monthly payment for another 39 month lease and because it was auto show month the incentives they had for a pull ahead program on my current lease plus all the other auto show and Chevy incentives was amazing. We worked out the deal in a short amount of time and then Luciano delivered on his word and received the traverse a couple days later. I am proud to say we signed off on the paperwork this past Saturday, 02/25/17 and everything went very smooth. In the Finance Department, it was great to work with Sean Donato once again, again he makes it extremely easy to feel comfortable signing off on paperwork and getting you through the process. He is great art answering questions in a very respectful way. Done and Done! Thank you Luciano for a great purchasing experience once again with no nonsense and only pure loyalty to your customers. I enjoyed working with you and the Chevy Sunrise family once again. Congrats on 25 years of service with Sunrise. First Class Customer Service I have purchased/leased my last four vehicles from Sunrise and from Luciano. He is upfront, honest and a joy to deal with. I truly believe that he acts in the best interest of his customers and wants repeat business. I went in to the dealership to drive a Camero - I love the way they look. I wasn't thrilled with it and was second guessing my decision while Dan worked up the numbers. By the time he was finished I knew I didn't really want the Camero and wouldn't be happy with it at all. Both Dan and Lucian took this in stride and talked to me about what I disliked in particular. Dan suggested that I at least drive an Equinox before I left so that I could think about whether or not to upgrade from my Cruze. I LOVED the Equinox. I knew it from the minute I got in and started driving it. The vehicle they had suggested was one with a lot of manufacturer incentives and came with just about every upgrade. We were able to make a deal that had me paying less than I did on my Cruze lease and we were all very happy with the outcome. Every employee at Sunrise has always treated me with respect and kindness. I trust Luciano implicitly and he comes by to greet me even when I'm there for service or a wash. This car dealer should be the one that all the others model themselves after. Buying or leasing a car is a big event and at Sunrise everyone recognizes that fact and helps make your experience special. Thanks again Luciano and Dan. More

I was searching for cars that would be affordable online, and I had been to a few dealerships before I came to Sunrise. None of them felt right. I kept feeling rushed and pushed into something I was not sure about. When I came to Sunrise after speaking on the phone about a 2017 Chevy Trax, I immediately had a different feeling. The showroom is absolutely beautiful inside, and all of the people there came off as quite friendly. My mother and I met Josh and felt incredibly comfortable. He did not come off as pushy or persistent in the slightest. We never felt rushed or hurried in the car-buying process. He was very informative and completely relatable. After the first time meeting Josh and seeing the Chevy Trax, we knew that it was the place for us to get the car. We came back the next day and bought the car. More
