We walked the lot on Saturday and saw a Mazda that had been taken in trade. Barry got the keys, we went for a test drive. The car is immaculate - looks brand new, and is a great value. Barry made it so easy and painless! He worked up some numbers, took care of all the "behind the scenes" stuff, turned us over to Andres to sign papers, transferred our plates and put us in the capable and delightful care of Dan - technology specialist extraordinaire! Even though it was a Mazda and this is a Ford/Lincoln dealership, Dan made sure all of our questions were answered and we knew how to work all of the important stuff. When I drove off the lot, my phone was even in sync with the new car! All of this magic took place in less than a week.
