Ottos Bmw is by far the best BMW dealer in the Philadelphia region. Family owned, family environment you don’t get anywhere else. Dan who sold us the car is great. Wilmer Rodriguez, Dan Stangl, Ethan Lilly and Noel Montesano treated us like royalty! I can’t say enough for the lengths they went to ensure my satisfaction. The service department is also exceptional. Frank Adinolfi has always been genuinely interested in any concerns I’ve had. These employees actually seem to live and breath these cars. I come from a dealership background and truly know dedication when I see it. Once again, Otto’s is the best! I really wouldn’t consider any place else. More

He promised to take care of some things with the vehicle before I picked the car up and they did not disappoint me. Marissa took care of the closing which was painless. I brought the car back for a minor problem that came up the first week and they took care of it quickly and at no charge. My experience with Melissa and the service department was extremely positive. I was only there for a short time, but they have a great waiting area and were very accommodating. I would recommend Otto’s to anyone looking to get a BMW. More

Car buying made easy! Met with Dan my sales rep for a few minutes and told him which car I was interested in. He brought it to the showroom and we took a test drive after which I spent less than an hour purchasing. The car would be ready the next day. That night, I decided on a different car and emailed him after hours. The next morning he sent me the details and we went ahead with the purchase. When I picked it up, completed the financing in about 20 minutes, met with a product specialist who explained all the features and I was on my way. I highly recommend Otto’s to anyone looking for a BMW!!! More
