Always treats me well.. ! I have been a repeat customer of Acura of Brookfield for over 7 years now. Ever since I moved to this area, I have been availing their services. All I have been a repeat customer of Acura of Brookfield for over 7 years now. Ever since I moved to this area, I have been availing their services. All of their service techs have been fantastic but I would definitely like to mention Mr Colin Fiedler who I have been working with the most. I trust Colin to do everything right by me and much appreciate the attention he gives towards my needs. He is always easy to talk to and he will go above and beyond to help me out. Even though I ended up with leasing my latest vehicle from another dealership (due to a quote that Brookfield could not match), I had no problem going back to Acura of Brookfield for my service needs. They never discriminated against me nor did they treat me any differently because of that, which I really appreciate. Once again, I give Acura of Brookfield's service team 5 stars for their excellent service and customer satisfaction. Keep up the good work and Thank you once again More

My sole concern was that the pre-visit quote for a towing hitch did not include the labor charge. The service rep did call to alert me to this before work was actually started on this item. More

Service was poor they couldn't diagnose my transmission. They said they could on the phone. All they did was check for code and said sorry their are no codes. I could have told you that. I brought the car to you because you should have the tools to scan your brand of car! Nope all i got was its something internal! Well don't you have the tools to figure that out! I went to the dealer for a reason you should have the tools to figure out whats wrong. Very unsatisfied with the service I got from you and stole $75 for a obd scan that I can do! He didn't ask if their was a check engine light on. I told him the transmission needs to be checked out its not working properly. I asked what they did and said obd scan and check fluids. I did that already. So I hauled it their just so they could tell me what I already know their are no codes and the fluid is ok and The transmission has an issue. Don't you have the tools to diagnose the transmission your the dealer of the car. I want to not pay for what I already new. More
