2003 Acura TL 3 (79K miles) - Major Repair work I bought my Acura new in 2003. There was an design flaw on the older model TL's (and older Accords). The A/C line drips water on the metal subframe I bought my Acura new in 2003. There was an design flaw on the older model TL's (and older Accords). The A/C line drips water on the metal subframe which causes rusting and an, eventually, unsafe vehicle. An expensive repair, especially, if there is other major repair work. I also needed rusting fuel/break lines replaced and rear break pad/rotor/caliper replaced. I knew the history of my car, so I decided to fix it. Cars are an expense, that is all there is to it! Since this is the case, I appreciate the high quality and reliable work of the technicians. The work at Acura is warrantied. They won't retire or close up shop. Like other Acura TL owners, I reported this design flaw to the NHTSA. If you sign up, they will notify you of a recall. One must go to a certified dealer for any reimbursement. The A/C drain is now rerouted, so this won't happen again. Special thanks to Colin for your communication, follow through, and educational information. Consistently Excellent! I had my 2016 RDX in for an oil change and tire rotation. I'm greeted within seconds, a rep writed up the service record and I'm escorted to the custo I had my 2016 RDX in for an oil change and tire rotation. I'm greeted within seconds, a rep writed up the service record and I'm escorted to the customer lounge...coffee, soda, snacks are at my disposal. Within 35 minutes the car is finished, 10 minutes later a washed and vacuumed awaits...consistently excellent! More

The whole TEAM in the parts department are always helpful, professional, and courteous. I appreciate their customer support knowing my Acura is being serviced very well. Oil change and tire rotation GREAT service!! They buffed the hood of the car, changed the oil, rotated the tires, applied rainx to the windshield and washed the car not to mention GREAT service!!
