His professionalism and knowledge helped my wife and I make the best decision in purchasing a vehicle. He was patient with our hectic schedule and was always available to answer questions and provide input. We ended up buying a vehicle not on their lot but Mr. Burnside and the staff went out of their way to try and locate the vehicle that met our specifications. We also worked with Mr. Arnold when financing our purchase. His professionalism and knowledge in answering our questions during the process made our experience even better! In 2015, we purchased a Tundra using Mr. Burnside. My wife and I specifically wanted to work with him again due to how well he treated us while buying our truck. If we purchase another vehicle, we will definitely consult Mr. Burnside and the staff at Frankfort Toyota! More
