My husband and I decided to drive to Frankfort to see what the dealer there had to offer. We were met by Jimmy Williams when we arrived. Jimmy invited us in to the dealership and may us feel very welcome as we explained that we were in the market to purchase a new car. We made Jimmy aware that we were just looking to buy but not on that day. Jimmy then went and showed us around the car lot showing all the vehicles that what we were looking for. I decided that I was interested in the Attitude Black Avalon and Jimmy then asked if we wanted to go for a test drive, what an experience that was the route enabled me to determine how the car actually rode on different surfaces. We told them that we needed some time to think on it. We inquired of a place in the area to eat. while telling Jimmy that we would return the next day and think on it. Well why sitting down at dinner my husband and I decided to call Jimmy back and to tell them that we did not need to wait until the next day to decide. We asked if they could get the papers ready and to sign and returned right after dinner. This was primarily done because we felt very comfortable with Jimmy and the staff in general. We have never felt so comfortable in purchasing any vehicle as the members of this dealership made us feel. My husband and I felt very comfortable with Jimmy and the finance officer, which usually everyone regrets dealing with but we were quite satisfied and would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone without hesitation. I have never met of a group of individuals who are so professional as those employed at Frankfort Toyota. You have a group of very class individuals employees here. Jimmy once again thank you and your peers for making my vehicle purchase at Frankfort Toyota one that I will never forget. Phyllis Jarrett More

My dad has had a great car buying experience with Tim Adcock in the past and my experience was no different. He took the time to teach me how to use all of the bells and whistles on the vehicle, which I thought was super helpful. Talking with Dana Arnold in Finance was fun and helpful. Wasn't nearly as stressful as I thought it would be because of Dana's professional, but easy-going demeanor. Beth Kaiser in Service thanked me for shopping with them when Tim walked me through the service room to show me where my scheduled maintenance would occur. It was a simple gesture, but one that stuck with me. More

We came in because we noticed that there was a good selection of Camry Hybrids and had been watching the online stock without much success for months. Thanks to Tana we walked out with the car we had hoped to purchase in the near future in the right color. Easy and surely appreciated the extra service rendered on a nominal trade in with 200k + mileage. More

If your like me and prefer to do your deal over text, or email. Dave is a great choice. I dont like the hassle of visiting a dealership. I was able to negotiate a price on my trade and secure the vehicle I wanted over a series of 3 phone calls and a hand full of text. When arrived they verified all the information on my trade and had the pwperwork prepped. I was in and out in about 30 minutes! Ill be back! Josh More
