The care salesperson was great, but the FOLLOWUP IS AWFUL: 1. I am waiting for parts to be installed (as part of our purchase agregeement) and I asked for follow-up (date if possible when this will b AWFUL: 1. Nothing. 2. I asked about stickers on the car (VIA TWO EMAILA AND TWO FOLLOWUP CALLS). Nothing. No reply. Are my sticmewkrs still available?!? 3. I finally called the Parts Department and got an answer. 4. Service Department fit me in for installation of one of the parts that came in. 4. STILL WAITING FOR FOLLOWUP FROM THE FOLLOWUP GUY!!!!! More
