I would suggest looking for opportunities to connect service with bodywork - I asked for someone from the body shop to take a look and it was a bit of a foreign concept - Dana initially suggested I take it down there. She did pivot quickly however when I suggested this should be something the team should be able to take care of. The estimate was there when i picked the car up but I was a little surprised how high for a relatively small defect. More

Excellent all around Service! I brought my BMW in for a Brake check after I received an intermittent warning. They were missing a key part so they offered me a free rental until m I brought my BMW in for a Brake check after I received an intermittent warning. They were missing a key part so they offered me a free rental until my car was completed. They also completed a needed warranty software update and washed the car at the end. Overall excellent and personalized service. I would recommend this service group to anyone who wants excellent BMW Service through an authorized BMW Dealer. More
