Never better than this! This is the second car that I have leased or bought here. Clay has spent years keeping in touch and Shaun had just the car for me. The entire experien This is the second car that I have leased or bought here. Clay has spent years keeping in touch and Shaun had just the car for me. The entire experience, from sales to service has been professional but friendly, and you do really feel like you are part of the family. The Finance guy was great (I used to be one) so I am always interested. Finally, the lady that showed me all the recent technology was very patient and didn't laugh at me (too much). The service department listened attentively to my concerns, made sure I had a ride or make me comfortable. And even after all of that, they fixed my car's problem. My only suggestion would be that other premium vehicle dealerships (Audi, Mercedes, etc.) always clean my vehicle inside and out whenever I have any type of service performed. Excellent customer and car service Z4 brought in for routine maintenance and checkup along with tire change (winter to performance). I had my winter wheels and tires swapped out for summer wheels and tires along with vehicle check. Its a great service to have the off-season tires stored at the dealership and swapped as seasons change. Staff has always been very helpful! More
