Wonderful experience This was my first of many visits to BMW Cincinnati North. Every person and exchange that took place was positive. I can't remember the last time I wen This was my first of many visits to BMW Cincinnati North. Every person and exchange that took place was positive. I can't remember the last time I went anywhere for maintenance or an oil change where I wasn't stressed over something. Not here. I was pleased yesterday. Today when I received the follow up phone call made it that much better. Excellent service. Excellent experience. Well worth my drive to know that my car and my day are in good hands. They delivered a few minutes early. I love a company and their employees when they under promise and over deliver. More

It just depends on service needs. Dana is always friendly. We were refunded the price of our detail package when she was showing off the detail work and it was sub par.... leaves and d Dana is always friendly. We were refunded the price of our detail package when she was showing off the detail work and it was sub par.... leaves and debris in the rear, spotty carpets in front, grime/gunk in seatbelt fastener areas. The whole point of a detail, is to get the details.... those areas neglected in routine vacuuming and the areas in need of attention when you tote kids around. Dana is awesome, however your detail service people need some help. Also, when pulling the loaner back in for return, one of the service gentlemen nearly hit me when he was attempting to back out a car from the left bay into the right bay as I was pulling in. He was backing out very quickly requiring me to lay on my horn. There are automatic doors there, so not sure why it would ever be a good idea to back a car on left into right paying no attention to customers pulling in. More

Airbag recall service Dana was great to work with. I waited for my car and she made sure I had everything I needed to work remotely from the waiting area. She let me know she was leaving for lunch and that Chris would be following up when my car was ready. Chris processed the remaining service and stepped me through all aspects. Great service! More
