My experience with Certified Benz and Beemers was awesome. I originally was contacted by Tuan Pham immediately after I inquired about purchasing a car. Showed up the next day and I was able to start the process with Dana Rowe. Dana showed me the car and and took a test drive with and she was awesome. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and Dana made sure I felt comfortable at all times. When I got a little iffy looking at add on packages they never pressured me into buying anything I didn’t want. I will definitely be coming back here next time I need a car.
