Like clockwork, work is done correctly first time with no issues for an extremely reasonable price over last 11 years/ 217k miles. Car comes back with NO oil or grease stains on seat or wheel. Willingness to work with customer on scheduling appointment. Lug nuts always torqued correctly whenever wheels removed and reinstalled. NO stripped or over or undertorqued lug nuts on wheels. No oil residue shows up in driveway after oil change. Any oil spills during change that drip onto the frame rail always wiped up. Very courteous after pointing something out even if I want to do the work myself. Very attentive to recalls after 12 years even if car not bought there. Parts department is excellent too. If I call ahead, parts are waiting. Even provided info when I held off buying part. More

I had some rustproofing redone, per a recall letter. I needed my rear main seal replaced.And tune up, also coolant flush and oil change. All work was completed to my satisfaction.
