I contacted Josiah by telephone to inquire about an Aviator I saw on Summit's website. When we drove up from Iowa to make the trade, we had some issues do to our Trust, so Danah said she would work out the details. So we drove our car back home while she finished the paperwork and I wired the money to them. As a sign of good will and very good Customer Service. at no cost to us, they had a driver bring the Aviator to our home and drive our trade-in back to the Dealership. We are very satisfied.
