I contacted Josiah by telephone to inquire about an Aviator I saw on Summit's website. He was very professional and helpful, After a bit of negotiation, we decided to trade our Continental in on the Av Aviator I saw on Summit's website. He was very professional and helpful, After a bit of negotiation, we decided to trade our Continental in on the Aviator. When we drove up from Iowa to make the trade, we had some issues do to our Trust, so Danah said she would work out the details. So we drove our car back home while she finished the paperwork and I wired the money to them. As a sign of good will and very good Customer Service. at no cost to us, they had a driver bring the Aviator to our home and drive our trade-in back to the Dealership. We are very satisfied. Nice Job Josiah and Danah! More

Tanner made sure to answer all of our questions as thoroughly as possible. We went into Summit Ford to simply test drive some vehicles and ask some simple questions about our trade in options. We felt our time and money was being taken seriously even after making it known we weren’t for sure buying.
