Tanner made sure to answer all of our questions as thoroughly as possible. We went into Summit Ford to simply test drive some vehicles and ask some simple questions about our trade in options. Tanner made sure we didn’t feel pressured to buy and that eased any concerns we had going into it. We felt our time and money was being taken seriously even after making it known we weren’t for sure buying. Very easy to work with. They are not paid on commission so this is the only dealership that I actually had to park my vehicle and walk inside to talk to someone.
