Quick, concise, straight forward and honest...no surprises. Damian responded to my request for more information almost immediately. This was all done with a little texting while i was at work and when I was finally able to call him it took a half hour to get an estimate on a payment amount. When I arrived at the dealership the payment amount was within five dollars of what I told him I could afford. I am very impressed, I bought the truck I wanted. Here's the best part...I have two dealerships I contacted two weeks prior still calling with sales pitches and they aren't in the ballpark on price after working on it for TWO weeks. Dane handled my paperwork and I was on my way. Two thumbs up for this dealership! More

After calling Ryan Auto Mall and talking with Reece I was a little more confident that this was actually going to work out and he assured me that this was going to be a smooth process. Unfortunately, I have a lower credit score but came in with a nice deposit and Dane worked incredibly hard to come through for us. We couldn't have been happier with our experience. Both Reece & Dane were incredibly helpful and just genuinely nice. It's definitely worth the drive from the cities to work with such great people! More
